The problem
A driver at a charge point has a narrow set of questions — is this one free, will it work, how long, and how do I pay — and they are asking them standing outside in the sun.
How it was built
Find, start, watch
Location discovery, session start and live session progress are the spine of the app. Session state comes from the same real-time layer that drives the operator side, so the driver and the operator are looking at one truth.
An in-app wallet
Drivers top up a wallet through multiple secure payment options and sessions draw from it, which keeps payment out of the critical moment at the charger.
Where it landed
- Charger discovery, session control and live progress in one app
- In-app wallet with multiple top-up methods
